Membership fees are non-refundable once the services have been initiated.
If you decide to cancel your membership before any services are rendered, you may be eligible

Matchmaking Services:

services, refunds are generally not provided once we have started the matchmaking process.
In exceptional cases, where we are unable to fulfill our matchmaking obligations, we may
